Product Use
Many items are sold for competition and off road use only. It becomes the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the use of their vehicle and items purchased comply with federal, state and local regulations. Ireland Engineering products are not certified legal for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled motor vehicle(s). Performance products are legal in California only for racing vehicles, which may never be used on a public highway.
Warranty
It is the intention of Ireland Engineering to sell quality products. We offer a 6 month warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. We exclude consequential, incidental, and/or contingent damage of any kind; in any/all cases, the maximum warranty is strictly limited to the item cost. Warranty is only extended to original purchaser of the item.
We make no warranty as to suitability for intended use and specifically make no warranties for any any parts used in racing or competitive applications. Purchasers expressly affirm they are relying upon their own skill or judgment to select and purchase suitable goods.
